Bonn, September 11, 2024 - CONET already tops the current ranking of medium-sized companies in the Lünendonk lists of German IT consulting and integration companies. In the coming years, the Bonn-based IT company intends to continue its committed growth course and challenge the IT consulting market in the DACH region. The CONET Group has set itself the goal of increasing its annual turnover to around half a billion euros by 2028 with the help of the "HORIZON28" growth program.

Under the leadership of CEO Martin Wibbe, who took the helm of the company in April of this year, the Group will focus even more specifically on the core sectors of automotive, federal and state authorities and defense, which already know CONET as a valuable IT service partner. CONET will also be achieving strong growth in the segments of finance & insurance, manufacturing and energy & utilities.

Under the title "HORIZON28", the IT consulting group has identified six fields of action. A newly established Executive Management Board bundles the group's management competencies. It controls the specific measures that have a direct impact on the CONET Group's performance and future goals:

1. In order to promote sustainable Growth above industry average, the CONET Group is aligning its services even more closely with current customer needs in a joint Go2Market organization - since 1 August 2024 under the leadership of the new Chief Commercial Officer Kai Drücker.
    
2. In the field of Innovation, CONET is expanding its strengths into market-driven solutions for the challenges of digitalization, for example in AI and Cloud Services, accompanied by continuous and market-oriented portfolio development.
    
3. In order to facilitate an Acceleration of its growth, the CONET Group will continue to supplement and round off its existing portfolio through mergers and acquisitions.
    
4. For People, the CONET Group with its enhanced corporate constitution "LIFE" is a perfect professional home – for experienced professionals as well as young talents who want to make a difference. There are currently more than 200 open positions.
    
5. Thanks to increased Visibility, the CONET Group is evolving from a hidden champion to a well-known and sought-after digitalization partner in the DACH region.
    
6. The Optimization of existing processes and the development of tailored new processes improve service provision and quality across the entire group.
