General Terms and Conditions

The following general and contractual terms apply to all legal entities of the CONET group of companies, i.e. CONET Technologies Holding GmbH as the group holding as well as all subsidiary companies of CONET Technologies Holding GmbH and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates.

Although the following general and contractual terms may only mention "CONET", they explicitely also apply to the other subsidiaries with different titles.

Depending on the kind and scope of a contract one or several of the following supplementary terms may be part of the legal basis for the contract and/or the delivery of goods and services.
