Managing Director PROCON IT GmbH

Christian Ballhorn has been with PROCON IT for over 10 years. The IT specialist began his professional career as an application developer in SAP and as an IT consultant for several companies. He joined PROCON IT in 2009, initially as a senior consultant, later as a project manager and team leader in the SAP BW environment. In 2017 he became Head of Engineering in the Automotive business unit, after which he was responsible for the Data Intelligence business area in the role of Director. Christian Ballhorn has been Managing Director of PROCON IT GmbH since April 2021.

Managing Director Babiel GmbH

Frank Biggeleben has been managing director of Babiel GmbH since 2017 and is responsible for the central service areas Consulting and Software Development. Prior to that, he was already significantly involved in the development of Babiel GmbH as authorized signatory and member of the management board. As a consultant and project manager, the communication scientist has been steering projects in public/corporate communications as well as e-commerce for Babiel on a national and international level since 2000.

Group CEO emineo

Aleardo Chiabotti is Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of emineo in Baar (Switzerland). This includes emineo AG, emineo Products AG, emineo International and emineo Spain in Valencia/Spain. After studying at HSG St. Gallen and a stopover at Deloitte, he led strategic international IT projects for Emirates airline from 2011 onwards from Dubai. Back in Switzerland, he took over the expansion of the consulting division at emineo in 2016 and became CEO in 2018. In recent years, he has launched key projects such as innovation management, optimization of the digital infrastructure, the strengths-led corporate culture (based on Gallup), and integrated communication across all channels.

Director Human Resources CONET Technologies Holding GmbH

Sabine Cox is Director of Human Resources, heading the Human Resources department of the CONET Group and is responsible for the HR strategy of the IT consulting group. In addition to talent management and recruiting, her main areas of focus are HR systems, HR services and the design of a positive work culture as well as labor law. Before joining CONET, Sabine Cox worked in various human resources management positions at VEDA GmbH and before that at the former Warner Music Manufacturing Europe and a consulting firm. The graduate psychologist studied at the University of Wuppertal and is an honorary judge at the Aachen Labor Court.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) CONET Technologies Holding GmbH

As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Kai Drücker is responsible for group-wide sales management and the strategic control of the CONET Group's go-to-market. Before joining CONET, he spent seven years managing sales and customer organizations at Atos/Eviden in Germany and Central Europe, most recently focusing on the energy, utilities, retail, transport, logistics, financial services and insurance sectors. He gained his experience in the IT services business with a dual study program leading to a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Management with Engineering in a wide range of disciplines from consulting to project management for national and international customers, with overseas placements in London and Paris.

Director Legal, Compliance & M&A CONET Technologies Holding GmbH

Dr. Alexander Elbracht is responsible for the legal support of all companies in the CONET Group as Director of Legal, Compliance & M&A. He is also responsible for the Compliance division, which includes data protection management and the further development of internal sustainability management. Finally, he manages the inorganic further development of the CONET Group in cooperation with the management. After completing his second state examination with stations in Bonn, Regensburg and Clermont-Ferrand, he worked as a corporate lawyer in various positions at Deutsche Telekom AG in the areas of antitrust law, legal M&A and international project management in the security environment.

Managing Director CONET Services GmbH

Claus Frömbgen has been managing director of CONET Services GmbH with its portfolio of IT operations services, managed services and comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions since 2012. The graduate computer scientist joined CONET in 1998 and has since then also been responsible for the administration and project management of nationwide key public sector projects as well as the supervision of key accounts in Berlin, Bonn and Frankfurt.

Managing Director CONET ISB GmbH

Arndt Holste has been working for ISB for more than 20 years. After completing his studies, the graduate computer scientist joined ISB as a software developer and later took on various areas of responsibility as senior consultant, program manager and head of department. In 2011, he became director for the topics industry, environment and GIS; from 2019, he was responsible for the divisions production and IT as director. Arndt Holste has been Managing Director of CONET ISB GmbH since 2022. 

Managing Director CONET Business Consultants GmbH

Ingo La Roche has been managing director of CONET Business Consultants GmbH since 2018. The experienced SAP consultant and business manager has been supporting consulting and implementation projects in the fields of SAP-based controlling, public accounting and business intelligence since 2003 in the roles of project manager, team manager and divisional manager.

Managing Director CONET Solutions GmbH

Dirk Lieder has been managing director of CONET Solutions GmbH since 2013. The graduate in business management has been supporting CONET since 2000 as a project and division manager in the consulting environment with a focus on process management, logistics & materials management, accounting & controlling as well as software selection & evaluation.
