CONET Concentrates Information and Communication Technology Portfolio in CONET Services GmbH

Hennef, April 6th, 2021. As of April 1, 2021, CONET Group transferred the IT Infrastructure service area, formerly a part of CONET Solutions GmbH, into CONET Services GmbH. In future, all information and communication technology services will be provided centrally by a single company with a focus on ICT Consulting led by Managing Director Torsten Schulze and ICT Managed Services led by Managing Director Claus Frömbgen. This includes IT infrastructure services, virtualization, network solutions and cloud computing as well as managed services, IT operations, ITIL-compliant 24/7 support and hosting in CONET's own, ISO-certified data centers.

“The services that have now been brought together under one company roof have grown over time and originally served different customer requirements,” Dirk Lieder, Managing Director of CONET Solutions GmbH, explains. "In view of the advancing digitization, these previously separated service offerings have increasingly converged and mixed."

Claus Frömbgen, Managing Director of CONET Services GmbH adds: "The merging of the corresponding service areas is a consequent step with which we increase the transparency in our service portfolio for our partners and suppliers and especially our customers."

The transition of the range of services includes all current contracts and projects as well as all employees working in the affected areas. Contact persons for ongoing projects and contracts remain unchanged, CONET Services GmbH has entered into all rights and obligations of the concluded contracts.
