Hennef, April 8, 2022. CONET Group is one of the winners of this year's Great Place to Work® competition. The awards go to companies that offer their employees particularly attractive and beneficial working conditions. Taking part in the competition for the first time, CONET was able to convince the judges in three separate categories: In its own sector of information and telecommunication technology (ICT), in the federal state of CONET's headquarters in North Rhine-Westphalia and in the nationwide German competition. The IT consulting group thus received the current awards and seals for "Best Employers in Germany", "Best Employers in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)" and "Best Employers in ITK". All member companies of the CONET Group took part in the certification process and the corresponding analyzes and employee surveys.
Great Place to Work: CONET has been recognized in the categories best employers Germany, best employers IT and best employers in the German state of NRW
"We are very proud to have received these three awards from Great Place to Work® as a recognition of our human resources work and confirmation of our attractiveness as an employer," explains Anke Höfer, CEO of the CONET Group. "They are based on the positive evaluations and feedback of our employees and are therefore also proof that we are able to preserve and develop our corporate constitution CONET LIFE as a living reality even during the constant growth of our group!"
"The award stands for a workplace culture that is characterized to a large extent by trust, pride and team spirit," agrees Andreas Schubert, Managing Director at the Great Place to Work® Institute. "An attractive corporate culture that encourages commitment and innovation is a central key for economic success and the management of important future tasks – especially in the current situation."
German companies of all sectors and sizes took part in the current competition round of Great Place to Work®. They voluntarily submitted to an independent assessment of their workplace culture by the Great Place to Work® Institute and the assessment of their own employees in an anonymous and representative survey. Topics include trust in the management, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect and identification with the company. In addition, the management took part in a culture audit on measures and programs to create an attractive corporate culture. The results of the two assessments are weighted at a ratio of 3:1. The evaluation by the employees therefore takes center stage in the assessment.
