Hennef, June 30, 2021. With the new Cisco Webex Contact Center, the unified communications specialists from Cisco are entering the cloud contact center market. As an implementation and integration partner of Cisco in Germany and Austria, CONET now complements its corresponding service portfolio for call and service centers with its status as a Cisco Webex Contact Center Authorized Partner. In addition to specializing in the on-premise services Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), CONET opens up new use cases and integration scenarios in completely cloud-based or hybrid architectures for its customers.
