Hennef, Juni 23, 2021. CONET Development & Integration GmbH in Niederkassel and Düsseldorf-based Babiel GmbH have merged into the "new", strengthened Babiel GmbH. This joining of forces within the CONET group of companies creates a central, highly professional partner for Customer Experience Management (CXM) in the CONET Group. The bundled know-how of more than 130 consultants and developers, complementary technological expertise and extensive industry knowledge of both companies ensure seamless end-to-end support for the entire digital customer lifecycle.
Babiel has been successfully established in the IT market as a management consultancy and agency for online communication and B2B e-commerce for more than 25 years. CONET Development & Integration GmbH and its predecessor companies have focused on digital communications and customer communication management since 2005. Both companies have been supporting their customers together for several years under the common roof of the strong CONET group of companies.
